***Christmas delivery and returns***
The last date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas is Friday 14th December, however we may have the item in stock so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to find out before ordering after this date.
We will also extend our returns policy over Christmas, orders placed in November and December can be returned up until 15th January 2019, please see further details below.
Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Cara and she'll try her best to accommodate your requirements.
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. We offer free postage on all orders within the UK and international postage is £7.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Cara cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a white jewellery box with Cara Tonkin stamped in gold foil on the lid and delivered in an air padded envelope.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Cara of your intention to return goods in writing by email.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. **Orders placed in the months of November and December will be included in our extended refund period which runs until January 7th.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
