Delivery times

Due to the current postal strikes we are cutting off our guaranteed Christmas delivery date a bit early this year, orders placed on the 18th will be posted on the 19th/20th to be received in good time before the strikes on 23rd/24th December.

Some items are held in stock but most of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will typically be delivered in 1-2 weeks, however if it is needed urgently please contact us to find out if it can be made sooner and we will always do our best to help.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £75, to use the offer add the code FREEDELIVERY at the checkout. Our standard Royal Mail service is £3.95 and takes 1-3 days on average (due to the current strikes this can be longer) and our Royal Mail Next Day service is charged at £7.95.

Delivery
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. We offer FREE delivery on orders over £75, to use the offer add the code FREEDELIVERY at the checkout. Our standard Royal Mail service is £3.95 and takes 1-3 days on average (due to the current strikes this can be longer) and our Royal Mail Next Day service is charged at £7.95.

International delivery is charged at £12 and takes approximately 5-10 days.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied  a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Cara cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Packaging
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a white ribbed Eco card box with a black foam insert and our logo is embossed in gold on the lid. We do our best to use environmentally conscious and recyclable packaging wherever we can, your order will either be sent in a card or or padded paper envelope which can easily be put into your standard recycling.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Cara of your intention to return goods in writing by email.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging).

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.  Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
